We can use Real Statistics’ Mediation Analysis data analysis tool to conduct the Mediation Analysis for Example 1 of Mediation Analysis Basics.
Real Statistics Data Analysis Tool: To do this, press Ctrl-m and double click on the Regression option in the dialog box that appears (or click on the Reg tab when using the multipage interface). Next, select the Mediation Analysis option and fill in the dialog box that appears as shown in Figure 1 (referring to the data in Figure 1 of Mediation Analysis Basics).

After clicking on the OK button, the output shown in Figure 2 will be displayed.

This is the same as the output shown in Figure 4 of Mediation Analysis Basics and Figure 1 of Sobel Test.
