The dialog box on the Mac is very small. How can I make it bigger?
- Choose Systems Preferences from the Apple menu
- Select the Accessibility icon and then click on Zoom
Now when you are in Excel you can enlarge a dialog box (as well as the spreadsheet display) by pressing the key-sequence Option-Cmd-= (i.e. hold the Option (aka Alt) and Command keys down and press the equal key). You can perform this operation multiple times to increase the enlargement.
You can reduce the size of the dialog box by holding the Option and Command keys down and press the minus key.
